Terms for Dhyan Software WooCommerce plugin licenses.
1. Agreement
By purchasing or using Dhyan Software products, you agree to these Terms.
2. License grant
We grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable license according to your plan: Starter (1 site), Pro (3 sites), Agency/Enterprise (unlimited sites).
3. Restrictions
You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense plugin files. Reverse engineering is prohibited except where law permits.
4. Updates and support
Updates and email support are included during your active license period (typically one year from purchase).
5. Payment and renewal
Prices are billed annually unless stated otherwise. Failure to renew may end access to updates and support.
6. Disclaimer
Software is provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dhyan Software is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to amounts paid in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Termination
We may terminate licenses for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the software at any time.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
