Question 1

Do I need to give a reason?

Accepted Answer

No. Within 30 days of your first purchase, we refund for any reason. A short note about what didn’t work helps us improve Smart Add-Ons, but it is optional.

Question 2

Can I get a refund after 30 days?

Accepted Answer

Not under this refund policy, except where the law of your country requires it. If something isn’t working after 30 days, contact support: fixing the problem is usually faster than a refund.

Question 3

I bought the wrong plan. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

Buy the plan you need, then ask us within 30 days to refund the other purchase. Each plan comes with its own license key, so you can deactivate the one you don’t need.

Question 4

I was charged twice by mistake.

Accepted Answer

Tell us and we’ll refund the duplicate payment in full, with no admin fee.

Question 5

How is the money returned?

Accepted Answer

We refund through Razorpay to the card or account you paid with, in US dollars, the currency you paid in. Your bank sets the exchange rate and usually shows the refund within 5–7 business days. See how Razorpay refunds work (opens in new tab).

Question 6

Does a refund affect my other licenses?

Accepted Answer

No. Only the license key from the refunded order is deactivated. Keys from your other orders keep working as normal.
