Example: material choice that drives another field
A furniture store adds a radio field labelled “Material” with Oak (0), Ash (20) and Walnut (60). A second field, “Extended warranty”, has a conditional rule: show when Material equals walnut. Customers see every material and its price at once, and the warranty option appears only for walnut.
Radio field FAQ
Is an option selected by default?
No. Nothing is pre-selected, so customers make an active choice. Tick Required field to make sure they choose one.
What is the Value column for?
The Value is what is stored and what conditional rules compare against. Keep it short and lowercase, for example walnut, and avoid changing it after rules depend on it.
Can I show images instead of text?
Yes, use Image Select, which works the same way with an image or color swatch per option.
